The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced that it will launch the tender for the Mohamed Sultan Road reserve list site in two weeks’ time.

URA has accepted an application from a developer to put the office site up for public tender. This site was made available on the Reserve List System on 31 October 2008.

The developer has committed to bid for the site at a price of not less than $9,333,333. The land parcel has an area of 0.62 ha and can generate a maximum gross floor area of 9,265 sqm. The lease period for the site is 15 years.

The tender period for the site will be about five weeks.
