The Housing Development Board (HDB) will open its Sengkang West Avenue residential land parcel for public tender in two week’s time after accepting an application from a developer. The land parcel is under HDB’s Reserve List system.

The minimum offer price for the 183,000 sq ft site that is earmarked for condominium development with a 99-year lease is SGD70 million.
