A mixed residential and commercial development site at Yio Chu Kang/Seletar road with the land area of 2.1 ha will be put up on tender in about a week after a developer has committed at least $40.5 million for it.

The 29,400 sqm site is close to the Seletar Hills residential area and near the planned Seletar Aerospace Park. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will be announcing the launch date of the site tender soon.
